Every purchase runs on invoice and bank transfer — no checkout, no card form, no account. Order from any product page (the button opens a pre-filled email) or send your PO and billing details to founder@xprofesso.com. The invoice is issued by Xprofesso LLC the same working day, for the exact fixed fee shown here, carries your PO and billing details, and — for EU and UK businesses with a valid VAT ID — applies the reverse charge. Kits are released, and fixed-fee work scheduled, on receipt of payment — kit ZIPs usually within the hour.

All prices exclude VAT. EU and UK business buyers with a valid VAT ID pay under the reverse-charge mechanism — we collect and validate your VAT ID on the invoice request, no VAT is added, and your invoice carries the reverse-charge notation your accountant expects. Buyers outside the EU/UK (for example the US) are not charged EU VAT. Purchases without a valid business VAT ID may have VAT added where the law requires it.

Kits: a 14-day money-back guarantee — if the kit isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days and we refund. No forms. Assessments: a put-right-or-refund guarantee — if the report falls short, say so within 14 days of delivery and we revise it until it’s right or refund the fee in full. The Founder Working Session: if you don’t leave with clear next steps, you don’t pay. Refunds are issued by Xprofesso LLC by bank transfer to the paying account.

Yes. The kit fee is credited in full against the matching assessment — buy the AI Act Readiness Kit and later book the AI Act Readiness Assessment, and the €690 comes off the €3,900 (and so on per vertical). Mention the kit order when you book.
